Organized by the Gujarat Tourism Department, Rann Utsav is a cultural extravaganza that takes place at various locations within Kutch in Gujarat, India. This Utsav or fair showcases traditional art forms of India. The fair celebrates the diversity and uniqueness of the Kutch district and highlights the cultural splendor of Gujarat.
Held annually during the full moon time in winters, the Rann Kutch Utsav features Kutch that is widely different with finely diffused spectrum of Indian traditional art forms. The Utsav includes cultural and folk dances, music, craftsmanship, carnival processions, pageantry and an encapsulation of the true spirit and zeal of Kutch inhabitants.

After attending the Rann Utsav try and visit museum and royal cenotaphs of Bhuj, the beaches and palaces of Mandvi, the holy lake of Narayan Sarovar and the craft villages of Banni. You can also visit the city of Ahmedabad, the city of architectural delights.
